HOTELPOLICY
We strive to provide ourguests with a clean, comfortable, and relaxing hotel experience. These HotelPolicies / House Rules are considered part of our reservation agreement withyou. As our hotel guest, and as upon your check-in, you are agreeing to abideby ALL our Hotel Policies / House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures,and we reserve the right to refuse service, or to make a charge to the guest’scard if any fees are assessed for damages or not complying with Hotel Policies.We greatly appreciate your cooperation in abiding by the following, as we valueeach of our guest’s safety and enjoyment.

Smoking Policy: The hotel and restaurant are both non-smoking areas
Child policies: Children of all ages are allowed.
Extra beds: (available upon request in advance)
Children aged 2 and under stay for CHF 20.00 per person, per night when using an available crib.
Adults stay for CHF 80.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with an additional charge of CHF 15.00 per night.

DAMAGE TO THE ROOM
You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in yourparty whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay.Damage to rooms, fixtures,furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment,towels, etc. as well as damage to sheets from for example permanent marker,dyed hair color, food stains, and things that make unremovable stains will becharged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping andhandling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful,is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Anycosts associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to theregistered guest (see article price table). In extreme cases, criminal chargeswill be pursued.

DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT
Guest Rooms found with waste scattered around, drained bathroomfloor, wet carpet, complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a feeapplicable to the degree of the damage. A maintenance deep cleaning fee,administration fee, and/or third-party fees will be charged.

ROOMPOLICY
COOKING/COOKINGAPPLIANCES
The safety of our guests,staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Preparation of food inguest rooms by any type of cooking appliance is prohibited. A minimum fee of100,00CHF will be charged for cooking in a room. This includes hotplates,toaster ovens, rice cookers, open flame, barbecue grills, burners, heating appliances,or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames, or cooking grills,either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the hotel premise.

INFESTATION
The cleanliness of ourrooms is extremely important to us and our guests. If you bring any infestationinto your room or onto our hotel premises, we may charge you for any and allcosts and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements andloss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation.

Hotel Wildbach herebyclaims to Reserve the right to chargeguests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, orreckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.The Hotel shall not beliable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconductor negligence of a guest, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of theproperty concerned.Should this damage come tolight after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge tothe guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice to the registered address. We will however make everyeffort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists tomake the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs thatthe guest would incur to a minimum.
